Photo Session

PLANNING

We will decide on a date and location together. Let’s set a time to chat to help me get to know you better!

YOUR SESSION

My goal is to make your session comfortable. The approach is laid back and very easy going. I will give you plenty of guidance while encouraging you to be yourself.

YOUR PHOTOS

I will send over a few next day “sneak peaks,” because I know you can’t wait to see them! Your full gallery will be delivered online, and ready for you within three weeks of your session date. If you are a business, you will receive a hard copy of the photos on a storage device within 30 business days from the date of the photo shoot.

  • Style Guide

1. Think Movement- You will be moving around a lot. Make sure you wear something you are comfortable moving in. Flowing skirts or dresses photograph gorgeously because we can play around with their movement. These are great options for senior ladies and family photoshoots. For the guys, keep it comfortable unless the occasion calls for the classic “suit and tie” look.

2.Bring Options- You’re always welcome to send over outfit ideas for input beforehand. I’m happy to help you match your outfits to the occasion and location of the shoot. Accessories, such as hats or jackets, are always a good idea.

3. Don’t Feel Obligated To “Match”, Coordinate Instead- Let’s not perfectly match your outfits if you’re doing a couples or family session. Instead , choose complimentary colors and patterns. You can never go wrong with neutrals. I regularly suggest earthy colors that aren’t to bright or distracting.

4. Play With Patterns- Incorporating unique patterns and textures such as fringe, faux fur, linen, denim, etc. can add a fun pop to your photos.

5. Stay True To You- Lastly, stay true to you! They are YOUR photos, I want you to feel comfortable and supremely confidant in what you’re wearing. Let your outfit reflect you and your personality for the best photos!
